Workplace health and safety
We regularly assist employers by representing and defending both directors and business in regulator workplace health and safety prosecutions, including:
providing compliance advice and recommendations;
assistance in meeting due diligence obligations;
assisting with incident notifications and investigations; and the
defence and management of regulator prosecutions.
